设施其实蛮好的，为什么给差评，是因为酒店居然没有开空调，说是因为疫情的原因，酒店需要测试，维护等等，但是走廊里是有空调的，而且很凉爽. 室外温度是22度。而房间里的温度居然有28度。
我从亚热带地区的深圳来，居然都无法忍受房间里的温度。
其他要说的就是所有的服务人员的服务态度都非常好，从前台到餐厅到楼层服务员尤其是18层的服务员，服务态度非常之好。给我送来了一个冷风机，但是不咋管用
政策不咋地，但是人好，服务人员不负好客山东的盛名。
最爱莴苣，枕头非常柔软，被套都是高支纱的，非常舒服。
要是能开空调就完美了。

专程去济南看6月8日张信哲演唱会，酒店靠近高新奥体体育场，走路过去10多分钟非常方便。前台小哥哥服务态度好，临时换了一间不靠窗的房间，派人把房卡送到原房间。早餐虽然品种不多，但是够吃，挺不错的！

酒店太舒适了。环境很好，停车方便，早餐也不错，周边也很方便，本想再住一天，可惜有事要离开济南，夏次再来它是我的首选
