在济南出差临时决定住下，携程网推荐的这家酒店，实在太差，装修、设施都很陈旧，卫生间的洗漱台让人恶心，窗户脏的看不清外面，空调声音很大，效果也不好，一宿基本没睡着。早餐也很差，根本就不是四星级酒店的早餐。服务也不好，大堂和餐厅的服务员都穿着羽绒服，早餐时我喝豆浆问服务员有没有白糖，竟然没搭理我。不明白，这样的酒店怎么还挂着四星，真的不如一些新的商务酒店，一天360元也不便宜啊，就是四星的价格。真心希望携程不要再按四星推荐了。

酒店离万达百货大概一公里，外观看上去还不错，内部就差强人意了，不管是硬件还是软件都不能让人满意。酒店设施陈旧，卫生间有霉味。感觉不到四星的标准。三星顶多了。

无比的烂，从没想过还有这样的四星级，床头灯的开关都是坏的，晚上睡觉只能开着，感觉差极了，睡在床上浑身都觉得痒，这是我有生从来住过最不靠谱的酒店，一晚上都没睡好，只想着差评，千辛万苦的坚持到早上四点就迫不及待了
