地理位置好，距离趵突泉，大明湖，五龙潭都很近，但是办入住的时候有点小插曲，房间打扫的也不是很干净。

一入住没立马发现马桶堵住了，下午堵住酒店说楼层高水压小，过会就没事。出去玩到晚上回来发现又不行，叫了清洁员过来通，通完跟我说，可以上小的，大的不行

打了四次电话要求开发票，都说给我回复，都没等来结果，我也是醉了。我问大厅经理几点上班给我回答一个“五点下班”。多次要求客户去理解在忙的你们，作为服务人员的你们可曾理解过客户，这最起码的诚信问题吧。不推荐这家酒店。性价比业一般。

服务差，设施差！入住感觉更差！完全不符合300元的标准！卫生也不怎么样！地理位置虽然好，但是周边性价比高的好多，这家是我在济南住了五天最差的，住这里还不如住七天！

位置非常好，从房间可以看到大明湖，五龙潭，景观很棒。去哪里都不远，出门就是五龙潭公园，走不远就是趵突泉和芙蓉街，还能免费停车，很推荐！
