商务标间屋子好小，俩人转个身能撞上，电视屏酥的，卫生间纸抽一拽，出来个蚂蚁。不过总服务台小伙挺好，还送我们一份地图。

宾馆位置还可以，前台服务也不错，距离中心商业区大概2公里的样子，但酒店各种设施都非常老旧，马桶盖咣咣当当，抽水功能差，淋雨设施锈斑斑，花洒有白色和绿色痕迹，下水也不是很通畅，洗澡到一半要先等水就流下去再继续洗，不知道是因为什么原因，下午办理入住时说大床房没有了，只能住顶楼的房间，但电梯只能到顶楼下面那一层，想上去还要再自己下电梯走一层，应该是通风不好，楼道里有异味，去其他楼层也看过，同样有异味，而且房间的隔音也不好，房间赠送的矿泉水是没有听说过的牌子，赠送的酸奶没有牌子，虽然叫国际饭店却一点不国际，感觉还不如住快捷，入住体验非常不好，在济南的第二个晚上果断选择另一家四星酒店

设施太久,中央空调空调声音很大,马桶盖坏的,水不够热只能算不是凉水,床头灯频闪,电视没信号,窗纱坏的,最最重要的！床头没有插座！！！电视下面的插座也是接触不良,其他设施也陈旧,暂时想不起来.
