11月8号，晚上最低气温6度，空调不能使用，咨询前台，先是说济南没供暖不开空调，后来又说空调检修，要了个电暖器，但还是没敢给孩子洗澡；厕所下水不畅；服务员态度还好，餐厅口味也还不错

时隔三年再次入住。改变的：设施老旧了，水龙头上很厚的水碱渍；“三义和”居然不做糖醋鲤鱼了。没变的：服务自然超赞！

这样的酒店我觉得需要好好整理了，空调不制冷，床头无充电地方，想给总台打个电话，发现电话是坏的，想换双拖鞋洗澡发现根本没有塑料拖鞋，只有一双一次性的，去了洗澡间才发现什么是脏乱差，根本就是一个普通旅馆都不如的地方。失望至极
