靠近西站选择了这家酒店，位置好找，一直往东就能看到，大堂很有圣诞节的气氛，前台接待也都很好，比较有亲和力，赵彤看着我带了孩子主动询问是否需要加婴儿床，细心的小姑娘，房间还配送了水果和酸奶，当时我打电话询问能不能多送两个酸奶不要水果，客房部的闫经理亲自送了酸奶过来，说水果还是送给您，让我感到佳悦的待客之道真不是网上吹的！我喜欢这个地方，为你们的人性化服务点赞！！

酒店设备设施还不错~热水充足，房间有水果跟饮料。卫生也很干净，距离和谐广场很近吃饭 购物 娱乐都很方便，前台刘传祥服务也非常好！！正好冬季天气比较干，赠送了几瓶护手霜 挺好的

出差来济南~过来的时候比较匆忙，接到通知就来济南了，入住以后发现手机充电器没带~无法与客户联系，酒店的充电器也都借出去了~前台小伙子刘传祥帮了我大忙了！！把自己的充电器借给了我！真的很感动~赠人玫瑰，手留余香！赞一个！

到酒店都凌晨一点多了~一直在忙着跟客户谈事情，真的很乏~临时决定要在咱酒店入住，刘传祥服务真的挺好的 给我们送了水果饮料 晚上也饿了还送了点吃的 真的很感动
