非常非常差的一家酒店，我怎麼都想不通它的四星是怎麼评定出来的？非常非常的不干净！卫生都不及百元的小旅社，更奇葩的是这么热的天酒店尽然不开中央空调，问服务员回答说空调开着，叫她告訴我哪里开着？又回答叫空调工来帮你开，我反覆联系后最后才告知因为他們酒店感覺天气有点凉所以把中央空调全关了！这就奇怪了，是客人住店还是他們住？再说了如果客人感覺凉自己完全可以在房间內把空调调高或关掉了？需要把整个酒店的空调都关了吗?就是如你們的借口所说天气有点凉那更应该开空调呀！我常年满世界飞还真见过为省电费而不顾客人冷热的酒店！因为网上交了房费不能退！住了四天，交涉了四天，嘴巴上说马上开，最后还是没开！你們是省下了一点空调电费小钱，但失去的是用钱买不到的诚信、是回头客、是口口相传的赞！！！

管理差，设施陈旧。更让人无发忍受的是凌晨1点到3点搬东西，整个宾馆都在打锤，房间隔音奇差，一夜无眠。差差差。

酒店整体不错，算是章丘比较好的酒店了，早餐也还可以，种类较多，就是隔音有待改进，大清早有人结婚，就被吵醒了。
