地理位置超好，离趵突泉，大明湖都近。服务到位，有工作人员帮忙拎行李。前台服务人员很亲切，特别是孙丽华笑容满面，对待孩子很耐心，还给孩子送小礼物。早餐很丰盛。这个酒店还是值得入住。

距离大明湖，趵突泉，五龙潭公园都很近，去景点比较方便，干净卫生，赶上暑期又是周末，价格小贵，服务还有待提高，总体来说还可以。
