去的时候因为房间没有退出来，客服给免费升级了商务间，首先房间的设施很齐全卫生非常干净，晚上我回房间的时候看见酒店给赠的水果和酸奶并且把卫生间的脚垫还有床边的脚垫拖鞋都铺好了，非常细致到位，并且我听带去的车在停车场给蹭了停车券，周围餐饮很方便，去周边的景点也不远，是一次非常满意的入住体验。

服务很好，一下车主动有人搬行理，前台看到有小孩还给了瓶小可乐，晚上房间也有送水果和小玩具，自助早餐也很丰富，小朋友说只要来济南就要住这。
