酒店地理位置很好，距离大明湖趵突泉景区很近，房间出现问题，服务人员很耐心的去解决，前台的刘雪雪，服务态度非常好，还送了小礼品，推荐入住。

酒店服务很好，儿童房布置的也很漂亮，孩子特别喜欢在那玩，服务员亚欣还送了孩子小饮料，客房打扫的也很干净，酒店旁边就是绿地，万达，大约走15分钟就是趵突泉，泉城广场等旅游景区，感觉酒店从前台到餐厅再到客房每位工作人员都是在用心服务，这其中给我印象最深的就是他们家的自助早餐，选择非常多，还有济南特色的甜沫、把子肉等。中式西式甜品饮料面包的选择应有尽有，感觉特别好

每次出差都选择吉华大厦，停车很方便。就在酒店对面天桥下面。酒店应该属于四星级标准。服务员态度非常好，入住时前台接待王红霞小美女还送欢迎饮料，而且还是热的。很暖心，晚上还有睡前果盘和牛奶赠送到房间。地理位置属于市中心，距离大明湖和趵突泉中间走路去景点都很方便。房间设备齐全，比较干净和卫生，并且配有一次性马桶垫儿，这是很多酒店中没有的服务。而且还能延迟退房到14点钟，有很多酒店基本上都12点退房。酒店服务可见比较人性化。退房时帮忙拿行李，非常满意的一次入住感受。
