非常不错的一次入住，这个酒店在无锡属于豪华品牌。尤其感谢前台Mike的服务和照顾。给人以宾至如归的感觉。下次还会入住！

住了两天，感受非常好，客房送东西很及时，房间卫生打扫得也特别好，发现我比较能喝水，还特意每天多给我配水，刮胡刀和打火机也是马上送到，早餐也不错，营养丰富，服务人员见到我每次都会打招呼，真心觉得比济南喜来登强多了，喜来登态度不好还挺贵
