室内开空调没低于过30℃，服务员说开一会就好，结果开了一宿31.1℃，反而楼道28℃，早起问服务员说中央空调还没制冷，我问楼道为什么凉？早起洗澡没热水，服务员说管道锅炉房坏了，早起退房要求见值班经理，说还没上班，酒店不应该24小时有值班经理吗
