酒店环境 设施 服务都很好，有冰箱、洗衣机、电磁炉、按摩椅，房间东西很全。一下楼就是宽厚里，很方便，骑个共享单车就能到别的景区，下次去还住这儿。强烈推荐。

先说说优点，酒店就在宽厚里步行街里，从泉城路或者解放阁走进去都不远，地理位置很不错，周边的泉城广场、趵突泉、大明湖步行都20来分钟左右，走出步行街打车也很方便，步行街里和世贸广场里吃饭很方便。特别要说的是5月6日上午退房时，前台两位工作人员友善帮忙，再次表示谢谢！不足之处就是，酒店设施还是有点不够干净，楼下貌似有KTV，大半夜南边的房间会觉得有些吵，另，5日晚上1212房间的住户真的是太吵了，深夜里整层楼都是大声吵闹喧哗声，打电话给前台也无人接听。
