地段很好，设备和床被都很新，房间很大，卫生很干净，是性价比非常高的一家酒店式公寓。有机会一定再会入住。

首先，停车要在世茂的地下停车场，黑虎泉西路和泉城路都有入口，进去后找到c区104车位，正对着电梯，上来就是酒店了。世茂停车要收费，23:00-8:00，1.5元/小时，8:01-22:59，2元/时。这个停车费不给免，我们第一天下午去的，第二天9点走的，收了我们40多。这个很坑爹！其次，地理位置挺好的，世茂广场、宽厚里都在楼下，有很多好吃的。海底捞、贵和、恒隆都不远。宽厚里在楼下，也就意味着晚上很吵。22点了感觉还很吵。第三，房内空调出现错误，不出凉风，服务员说这个解决不了，得找物业。给我们拿了个电风扇，电风扇噪音太大，也没有用。不开窗户太闷热，开窗户太吵。卫生还算干净，房内没有异味。我们带了孩子，给我们升了个套房。整体还是满意的。
