虽说设施有点老旧，但是服务质量还是很不错，房间里的卫生也不错，干净的毛巾和浴巾用密封纸包装起来还是第一次见到，感觉各方面都不错，看来设施陈旧不是服务不好的借口，良友富临大做到了旧设施但是高质量的服务。

地理位置：地理位置很不错，在粮食局旁边，新闻大厦对面，背靠黑虎泉！
设施环境：房间设施跟新，也很干净，毛巾都是一次性，感觉更卫生，下水不是很顺畅，走时候忘记跟前台报修了。电梯和大堂略显陈旧。
服务质量：服务很好，晚上还专门给送了酸奶，给07107客房管家点赞！
早餐饮食：早上7：00一开餐就去了，正赶上南科大山东面试，学生很多，早餐在四星酒店里一般：

定的三个标准间。说实话床有点小了。但是服务不错。有送酸奶。早餐种类多。挺好吃的。性价比比较高。设施也好。马桶也一次性坐垫。毛巾都是包装好一次性的。也有洗漱用品。
