卫生整洁，美中不足的是面积太小，卫生间倒是很宽敞。另外，隔音太差，被不知道哪个房间的小孩吵死了。交通很方便，离趵突泉只有几百米，离大明湖也就十几分钟的路。离芙蓉街也近。
