酒店硬件设施不错，房间非常舒适整洁，晚上还送了欢迎水果和牛奶。窗户很大，能看到外面的景色，尤其是能看到大明湖的夜景非常美。酒店的服务也是特别人性化，服务员见到带着小朋友赶紧送来了儿童拖鞋夜床做的也很漂亮。房间洗浴用品配备的也都是品牌的，很上档次。所有的员工服务都特别到位，尤其是前台的小姑娘都很漂亮、热情、细心周到，值得表扬。早餐丰盛又美味，整个住宿体验小朋友和老人都非常喜欢！这次是看了大家的评论，最后放弃其他酒店选择吉华大厦真是太明智了，酒店被儿子评为最喜欢的酒店，第一次如此认真点评一家酒店，下次去济南的不二选择也会强烈推荐给朋友过去入住，绝对会让你实至名归！

酒店是属于比较老的星级酒店，离济南站300多米，旁边就是政务中心，感觉是老城的市中心。最值得感动的是服务素质高，很人性化，大厅有各主要路段、景点的交通指引条，房间有玫瑰花、还有服务员的温馨小卡片，绝对宾至如归！
