首先酒店服务员非常热情周到，刚入住就送来水果，第二天早上早饭也可以，品种不是太多但平时的煎蛋包子炒饭什么的都有，我看到有好几个菜盆下面还有加热的炉子，用来保持菜品的温度，吃完早饭回房间时服务员叫住我们，我还以为有什么事情，原来是祝我们新年好然后又送了酒店自制的一盒小点心及一盒水果让我们路上吃，东西虽小但温暖了我们游客的心。房间大小我们三人也够了，我感觉除了房间卫生间小一点别的都令我满意，停车场够大。山东丽天酒店为我们这次山东之行留下了美好的回忆，愿意给朋友们推荐！

总体来说还是不错的，温馨、温暖、温情。下次还会光顾。
只是早餐厅的服务需的改善，服务员收碗、盘的小车，抹布要及时清理干净才好，特别是抹布让人没法直视
