房间有些不隔音，第一天晚上隔壁大声谈话都听得见，我睡眠不好，有声音就睡不着，他们半夜才停止说话，我第一天没睡好！后来两天可能隔壁的走了，就安静多了。房间窗户不大，略感光线不足。但服务员很好，入住时主动帮我们拿行李，空间也比莱芜宾馆宽敞，设施新，WI-FI信号也很好！外围环境很不错，安静，有个月亮湖，吃完饭可以在院子里绕湖散步。

It’s great experience stay in this hotel..Completely new
Amenities very clean ,room small but elegant
Only drawback I feel Air-condition..It’s feel very hot even very cold weather..I think hotel management set it’s as this ..In all other way it’s much worthy

早餐不知道9点就结束，差几分钟去的时候，除了切好的干馒头和咸菜就没有可以吃的了，后边陆续有入住人员就餐，服务员又加了些餐，建议早餐时间应该适当延长。入住房间热水一直是黄的，服务人员说放放水就好了，从入住到第二天，一直是这样，水放好长时间还是黄的，前台说在维修，具体怎么回事我就不清楚了。订房的时候房间办理了升级，办入住的时候前台不知道这个情况，查询确认后说升级的房型没有了，升级的房型如果没有，订房的时候就应该告知，虽然后边让在别的房型中做了选择，但以后是不是应该避免出现这种情况。总的来说酒店还可以，服务人员也很热情，以前住的时候一直挺好的。

酒店附近交通便利，停车场也挺大的。前台服务也不错，态度很好。就是早餐样式少点。也算是很好的一次体验了
