服务热情， 设备新、床品新、干净。淋浴房隔水挡设计太低，洗澡水严重外溢。
距离旅游景点远 自驾去趵突泉40分钟

极具设计感，无论是大堂、房间、还是所有小环节，比如走廊、房间配色、浴室选材、洗漱用品包装，所有方面，既体现美式田园风，又时尚现代
相当舒适贴心，比如每位到前台登记的，先赠送橙汁饮料，扫去一身疲劳；所有楼层电梯外，拜访免费赠饮，可以随意取用；每个房间门口有小射灯，方便你进出门找东西；牙具不光区分颜色，还选用糖果色，甜蜜温馨；所谓双床房，其实每个床几乎都是双人尺寸，让你惊喜；浴室灯、卫生间门口灯，都是感应式，而且延时自动关闭、浴室导流设计...等等等等，数不胜数
所有材料、用品都选用精良
服务没得说了。礼貌、贴心、温馨。酒店内行走途中碰到的每一位工作人员都会轻生问候你，而且以你为先。不知是我们多住几天还是什么原因，给我们免费升级为电影房，完全影院级享受。
那句话怎么说，没有他们做不到，只有你想不到。
酒店选址也赞，紧挨万达，餐饮购物相当方便。同时挨着会展中心，400米左右距离，作为参展企业的商务住址灰常便利。
小小不足，就是，我们住的时间长，如果早餐能稍微变变花样就更好了。
