房间挺大的，到处都是小射灯，开关很多，可以很好的掌握室内的灯光调控。浴室干湿分开也不错，还有两扇窗户，隔音效果也很好。停车可以停在对面的小区，地上地下都可以免费停，出门也有公交车，很方便。就是因为要装修，有许多小瑕疵，比如翘起的壁纸，浴室里缺失的置物架，卫生间里少了的瓷砖。总体来说很不错。
