总体而言，比较不错。但刚进房间时有股味道，说不上来；晚上洗澡，竟然洗着洗着光有热水没有凉水，弄得匆匆了事啦！亮点是窗户是双层的，隔音还算可以的。房间里安着镜子，怎么都觉得有点怪呢！

设施虽然老了点 但是挺干净 最重要的是离景点非常近：出大门过马路就是趵突泉的南门进口；出大门右手过马路就是泉城广场；向北1公里是五龙潭和大明湖。带父母去玩，住这里非常合适。

离趵突泉很近，第二天一早参加旅行团很方便，酒店干净。

院内停车场有点小，房间也有点小，不过还算干净。房间的窗户不太牢，能进蚊子，不过房间内配了电蚊香。最大的优点就是离趵突泉近。马路对面就是。

酒店位置真的不错 ，房间环境一般，去趵突泉、泉城广场、芙蓉街、商场购物都可以走着去，出来旅游的可以选择住在这里，而且有停车场，这点我很喜欢！

设施简陋，卫生条件一般（如床单、床罩不新，洗手盆等、衣架设施到处看看不上档次），有洗手液，无香皂、无刮胡刀、无电吹风、无衣橱等。观景房二楼根本就看不到景。楼外的树都遮住了。服务态度一般。离店要求寄存下东西时，再三央求，无果。服务员说柜台内已满，其实，尚未满。再寄存点，应当还有空间。如果我是服务员，从为客人服务的角度，我也应当尽量满足人家的要求。总之，此等酒店，接待服务水平一般，价位在150元左右即可。但地理位置不错。紧挨趵突泉、泉城广场，离大明湖也近。如果愿意将就一下的话，也可以入住。

离趵突泉很近、泉城广场、大明湖等景点都很近，幸亏酒店有停车位，景区旁停车太难了，酒店设施不太理想，房间太小了、设施陈旧，床是拼凑的，很不舒服，为了游景点住还行，比较方便。

性价比还不错，设施有点老旧，6楼水压也有点低，不过位置很好，就在趵突泉公园南门，靠近泉城广场，离大明湖和芙蓉街都很近，交通比较方便。
