位置不错，离趵突泉很近，步行几分钟就到了，早餐还可以，房间干净整洁，总体不错，就是充电线落下了，打电话后没有人落实，服务有待加强，有自己的停车场，停车方便

位置很好，离医院很近。设施也很新，有直饮水，这个很好。但是服务一般。一个是，定了两个房间，都是豪华标间，入住的时候前台居然说有一个是经济间，说明情况后才改。再一个是，入住前客房的瓶装水有一瓶已拆封，和前台反映也是态度一般。最后是停车，退房后前台没有人告诉我要立刻把车开走或者给我停车条，等下午开车的时候，门口保安问我要停车费，要不然就要停车条，后来给他10块钱作罢。
