服务不错，网上预订的温馨家庭间，下午14点前不能到打电话给酒店约定留到晚上九点前，不过房间换到三张单人床的房间据工作人员说三人间和家庭间一样，离趵突泉南门大约七八百米，离泉城广场十几分钟的路程，店在趵突泉公园南门斜对面一条安静的小巷子里，被褥干净，洗澡水很热，自驾去院子里有免费停车场，有门卫门禁，感觉比较安全，规定的是次日12点退房，如果能14点退房就好了，可以有时间吃过午饭再人车离店
