酒店下边是个园区，方便老人散步。位置很好，旁边几个公园都是步行距离可达。北侧马路对面是泉城公园，东侧是千佛山，西侧英雄山。值得推荐。酒店饭菜一般，周边也有其他餐馆供选择，酒店西侧马鞍山路边一家餐馆味道不错，价格也合理。

省委招待所，建国初期俄罗斯设计，庭院式，环境没的说，古树湖泊，亭台楼榭。
停车位不用考虑，整个庭院面积巨大
如喜欢美食，餐饮可到相邻山东大厦，两个院子无墙
老宾馆，房间设施不能要求太高
院内幽静，晚饭后可散散步，听一下虫子??叫
敲黑板划重点，服务非常好，长出差住过比较多酒店，热情不少酒店能做到，难得是不刻意，大方舒适贴心
