酒店设施比较完善，美中不足的是房间面积太小，就在市中心，距趵突泉大明湖很近。服务人员态度也不错。酒店布草老旧了，色泽不够洁白，质地也硬。

离趵突泉等景点略远，不过去每个景点交通都很方便，大厦外观不豪华，但房间设施包括洗漱用品都不错，床特别舒服，外出回来还每天送点心和酸奶。唯一的问题是客房服务员放了两瓶一样的护发露。总体是性价比很高的酒店啦！
