还行吧。有个小插曲，朋友拉下了一包东西在酒店房间，塑料袋里有吃的喝的和一只心爱的水杯，退房后出去游玩途中想起致电酒店，酒店方表示袋子里只有小吃没有水杯，我们呵呵接受，如若追讨投诉，对你酒店也没啥好处吧？之前一直对山东人印象不错。。。

非常差！！！不想多说，晚上因为有小孩，有点冷，问前台，前台说酒店的空调是单项制冷的，现在暖气停了，我问所以就冷着是吗？前台非常不客气的说六楼不冷吧，并没有给出任何解决方案，洗澡要吹风机，前台说没有了，我问是根本就没有还是被人拿走完了，前台说一共就两个吹风机。。。。。。一个酒店，就俩吹风机，OK我服了，问着他们能不能给借走的房间打个电话问一下什么时候能归还，能不能用完了让他们还一下，前台告诉我，明天还，就这样，任何解决方案都没有，非常厉害
