快400的房间，用了100块小快捷酒店的破一次性拖鞋。设施很老了，跟不上时代潮流了，比如插座，在桌子下面，床头的插座在床头柜后面，不方便手机充电。早餐，门口放一盘鸡蛋，上面写着一个人限一个鸡蛋，透着掷骰子小家子气。出了房间准备退房，在楼层公共内部电话那里打电话给前台说退房，结果接电话的前台说“退房您得先下来！”啪！也不听我继续说话，直接把电话挂了！**，**不出来怎么会让你们退房？！**既然打电话肯定是准备好了要退房！一个前台，不听客人说完话，直接挂客人电话，你是干什么吃的？再打电话，还是这套说辞，而且还是要马上挂电话的样子。真的是。。。。气死了。吼她几嗓子才听下去。下去前台一看，四五个前台在那儿聊天，我就想这**是急着聊天啊，所以才急火火的挂电话！以后再也不来这家住了。就前台这素质，住他们酒店真亏！
