优点：位置无敌，停车方便，珍珠泉就在院内…由于和政协一个院安全性也没的说…
缺点：酒店太老了，设施也很旧，卫生状况一般般，早餐应该是和单位工作餐在一起的，能吃饱。总的来说400多500的房价性价比并不是太高。
