我是来济南出差的，第一次入住这家酒店，服务好的让我不得不评价，从我进入大堂就有服务元给我拿行李，很热情，来到前台小徐给我倒水，因为是下雨天，眼镜上有水渍，她特别细心的给我拿了擦眼镜的湿巾，还给我拿了几个备用的，前台快速的办完入住，又有专门的人带我去房间，房间里有提前放的水果，房间也是简介大方，特别好，值得推荐

刚进大堂。就看到很多毛绒玩具。很是可爱。少女心萌萌哒。大堂看上去也很气派。进来就有人问候你。很是宾至如归。到了前台。服务态度也很好。一个叫顾韦伟的前台还让我注册了会员。吃饭可以打折。住宿也可以打折。真是很不错。服务态度也很好。很热情。我说我嗓子干。他立马拿起对讲机。说让客房的人给我准备一杯冰糖雪梨。哇塞。满满的幸福感！可惜后来十一点多有事先走了。没有好好的享受。没事。下次还来济南凤凰泉盈！！

房間乾淨，晚上还用送水果。外面天氣熱，一整天遊玩下來，回到酒店还送菊花冰糖茶喝！很用心的酒店。
