市中心位置极佳，对面即是科技馆和泉城广场，过两个路口是趵突泉，出门右转就是环城公园可以坐船游览一圈，周围全是高档商场，酒店干净，服务周到，有问必答，房间有保险柜和冰箱等人性化便利设施 ，虽然不大但是足矣
