第二次入住了，房间很干净，服务人员都很热情，靳启云留言很温馨，王春兰打扫房间很干净，烧热水给我们泡茶，感觉很温暖，酒店地理位置很方便，以后再来济南还会选择这里！

20180115，本来只给前台一星，现在我改注意了，全部1星，什么服务态度，入住要等20分钟，然后，房间要求调换告诉没有房间，你们可以你们牛，又不是第一次住你们酒店，一星你满意了吧，你门这是想要一星的节奏
