1，地处居民区内，环境较安静
2，卫生条件不好，房间内没有总台电话，Wifi密码，等等。需要什么得自己去总台问。
3，我订的是特价房，没有卫生间也不说明。
总之，不值98元的房价，以所处地段看，最多70
