接待前台可以再大气些，可以跟大厦外在形象更相称了。电梯只有一部能用，忙的时候要等很长时间，一次装的人也不多。走廊有些窄，有压抑的感觉。房间可以，面积适中，卫生间局促些。服务细节还可以，卫生收拾的很干净，但有时服务人员太忙，容易有疏漏，我们的房间忘记放洗涑用品了。早餐对于标准间的客人还可以，对于套房的客人种类还可以再丰富一些，口味再用心调整一下，增加一些餐厅服务人员，及时收拾用过的餐具。整体还不错，加油。

酒店房间面积偏小，来个客人都转不开。卫生间有股异味，标准间有一张床不平呈斜角，坐上感觉往下滑。早餐有数十个品种，不能算多，经济型的，不能理解的是为什么不能及时补充呢，而且餐厅地面比较粘，估计是清洁没做好。
优点：客房服务员态度很好，每天都送水果和小餐包、湿巾。

房间户型还不错，作为套房还是比较不错的，不过细节需要提高，房间味道很大，考虑到价格也就算了！

环境不错，非常卫生，床和浴巾都比较干净，不刺激皮肤，窗口的风景不错，俯瞰槐荫区。赠送的的矿泉水、水果和咖啡比较贴心。早餐自助品类比较多，质量不错。网络速度较快，可以增设路由器加强信号。交通比较方便，离趵突泉和济南西站比较近。酒店的管理比较正规，床非常大！3个人睡都可以。
