服务态度极差!外地同学到财经大学学习，网上预订好的，前台登记工作人员说关网了，网上订的不行，没房间。我说你自已看有没有!一听身后来俩威海客人，男领班低头哈腰、奴才相迎接连叫领导好。女服员找了一间要给同学登记，问男领班可以吗？男领答:把这个好给领导，给网订的这位从副楼找一个。****，价格一样，代遇差这么大，小卫小床啊!

酒店很干净，就是房间不是很大，带孩子上课，比较近比较方便。很难预订，这是最不理想的！

标准间比较小，床的硬度还可以，来回走动走不大开，3月入住的，因为停了暖气，所以前台说酒店没有暖气，空调只能吹自然风。晚上有点冷。地理位置特别好，就在学校里面。服务也可以。

酒店很好，但是，我19号退房，今天22号。当时刷卡交了500押金，退房时说是扣除房费后298元之后，余202元返还到我的银行卡。现在第四天，钱依然没有收到！银行说是酒店问题，酒店说是银行问题.............很无奈
