先说不满意的：1.住了3晚，前两天都是上午10:30被服务员敲门吵醒的，第一天是个男服务员来敲门问要不要打扫，我们说了还没起，结果第二天上午10:30一个女服务员又来了！问要不要报纸！然后我们起床下楼想去跟客房服务部（3区客房一楼楼梯旁）说我们起了可以打扫了，顺便说一声前一天打扫完旧的卷筒纸拿走了，新的没放，就是厕所没纸。结果，我刚开口说，我们3***的…就被服务员打断了话，她说“不是说下午2点后再打扫吗？”是反问的语气。然后她跟我强调酒店规定上午都要打扫完。我就想问问，酒店规定重要还是住客感受重要？第一天吵醒我我忍了，第二天同一时间还来吵，我妈叫我起床都没这么准时！住山庄本来就是度假，干嘛早起。提醒后面的住客，“请勿打扰”的开关在床头，不在玄关，今天退房前我才发现。那个女服务员说，如果我在门内没回应她，她就推门进来，她说反正有反锁链，她推不进来的。但是，我带了门塞警报器的，她要是推进来，整栋楼都能听到警报声！提醒后面的住客带门塞警报器。2.第一天卫生没做好，不干净，卷筒纸没放。
满意的：前台妹子们都很客气，门口叫车的帅哥也很客气。除了上面不满意的2点，其他都很好。

经常安排客人来住。这次很不爽！客人要换300美元，那个服务员就不给换，也不解释，说只给换100美元，还有，客人有三十元美元零钱，拒绝兑换，理由是钱“旧”了。
