房间细节做的很好。浴袍都是防尘罩装好，厕纸单独包装很好。给人感觉就很卫生。房间也早早准备好水果。电视屏幕显示也是对客人本人的问候，很贴心。（这点比其它5星级的酒店都做得好）

酒店环境服务都太好了，房间窗外是后花园，还能看到孔雀妈妈带着小孔雀散步，雪白的大鹅和鸳鸯吧

连续两天住在这里，很舒适温馨。房间外面就是花园，很漂亮，在酒店里还看到了孔雀开屏，太惊喜了！我房间不远还有一个内花园，里面有很大的芭蕉树，闲暇时光可以在这里喝茶聊天，旅游休闲的好地方！以后来济南还会选择住在这里！！

此次住了两天，比2011年软硬件进步很大。虽然是特殊时期。服务人员表现出来较高的素质。值得表扬。特别是前台的周文萍，一直从我预定到入住，都热心帮助。很好，以后还会来的。
