我定的房间明明写的是8至12楼的普通房间，前台却说是3楼的桑拿房改的，然后给我们升级了普通楼层房间，呵呵！前台说是网上随便写的，随便挂的图片，艺龙难道是小网站吗？请酒店和网站及时沟通确认可以吗？
