不知道为啥门口太堵了，不过酒店整体非常不错，来济南可以作为首选酒店，酒店餐厅可以尝到正宗鲁菜，不用乱找了，床垫、枕头应该都是记忆棉的，很舒适，出差也可首选此酒店

出差期间不慎跌倒，脚踝肿胀（回深后拍片显示骨折），酒店的服务人员对我关怀倍至，先是客房的大姐忙前忙后，为我拿来红花油，冰袋，还帮我烧了开水，联系了轮椅服务（很抱歉我没有记下她的名字），前台的李少磊先生打来电话确定了第二天一早的轮椅服务，小伙子刘英杰第二天一早就在门外等候，全程推着我完成了早餐、退房等事项，还给我拿来冰块敷脚，餐厅的李英春为我拿来了可口的早餐，临走又帮我换了一次冰袋。大厅的经理还忙我叫好了出租车，跟司机细心交代。脚受伤很沮丧，但贵店细致周到的服务，充满人文的关怀，让我感受到家一般的温暖。谢谢舜和，谢谢各位帮助过我的朋友们！以后去济南，一定还选舜和！
