酒店位置绝佳，出门就是公交站，不远就是明泉广场，购物吃饭都非常方便！门前正在修地铁，楼层高基本没什么影响！最重要的是卫生服务都非常好，每天都有新鲜水果、酸奶送！已经是第二次入住了，这一次因为有事带着怀孕的老婆，住了10多天，老婆非常满意！在此对17层负责卫生清洁的大姐表达真诚的谢意，谢谢您对我老婆的照顾！

回头客。因为感觉好所以再次入住。商家的理念、管理、服务都一如既往的非常到位，从细节的关心体贴就可以感受得到，前台服务人员办理入住热情亲和，接受问询不厌其烦，还及时送上咖啡；餐厅服务快捷，能够根据上菜快慢、菜量多少和客人需要提出合理建议，不是推销式的推荐，早餐还可以，感觉没有以前样式多，现做小点少了、只有云吞啦…客房服务员上岗规范，有求必应，早餐后就开始打扫房间，比起其他四星级酒店一般在下午打扫（一般是待客人退房）要一次，这在北方的酒店似乎不常见。总体评价很好——5星。不足：客房家具有的部位掉漆，保养不够，时间长了显得有年代感；再一个餐厅午晚餐价格在同档次酒店中不算实惠但有免费自取的沙拉和小曲奇供客人等菜时解闷解嘴儿。
