1.服务态度非常不好，很恶劣。一位短发自称是负责人的女经理态度尤其差.常常出门旅游，碰到如此差的让人倒胃口的服务却是第一次。2.设施质量差，放行李的行李架，一角开线了，几针线就能缝好的事，竟然要求顾客赔偿损失200元！3.卫生情况极差，白色的床单被罩有黑色的碎屑。浴衣极脏，明显能看到白色浴衣上面的黑泥，拿出来一看差点恶心吐了。 大家如果在意酒店卫生情况的，请选择其他酒店；如果不想面对酒店工作人员恶言恶语的，请选择其他酒店；如果担心会被讹诈的话，请选择其他酒店。 出游住宿大家在意的不是钱，不怕花钱多。怕的是花冤枉钱，还有遭受不公平待遇。
