环境非常好，有大片的绿地，还有高尔夫球场。主楼像tfboys的魔法城堡，女儿看到魔法城堡就想唱三个哥哥的歌。出门右转是美里村社区驻地，晚上有夜市，许多烤鱼、烧烤，小型的超市，超意兴快餐，还有许多卖小东西的，非常热闹，城郊的夜晚也是另一种文化氛围，要让孩子感受多种文化的影响。
