老酒店设施陈旧，不过早餐品种多样，酒店位置好离趵突泉、大明湖等景点都很近，离芙蓉美食街和佛山路美食街都很近，就是离济南西站有点远出行不是太方便，当地出租车拒载、满天要价等行为较为恶劣对文明济南有失形象
