2018年2月25日晚一个前台女的，态度超级恶劣，由于和艺龙上定的不一样，打电话咨询的时候，多次不听你说完就打断，充斥的意思就是：我的解释你难道没听明白吗，是你自己从网站上看错了，不是我们的问题，不用管艺龙，以酒店为准，是你自己理解不了…只想好好咨询一下什么原因，解决不了就自己认了，生生给我气出脾气来，好好一趟旅程被毁了

设施陈旧，房间非常简单，没有一次性拖鞋，大厅没有休息的沙发，但位置非常好，距离趵突泉非常近。交通特别拥挤。
