楼下就是宽厚里，离大明湖和趵突泉公园很近。交通非常便利，周边的商业广场很多。房间很大，适合家庭出游。

真的很好，临时决定去济南当天晚上才订，挺忐忑的开始。带着父母和孩子怕条件不好，凌晨入住，非常好，就在宽厚里的对面，世贸的背后，房间干净，冰箱，洗衣机，都有，就是没有用。隔音也很好，就是太热啦，睡觉穿着睡衣根本不能盖被子，晚上睡觉都是开着窗户。去趵突泉，大明湖，黑虎泉、芙蓉街都非常近，步行溜达就可以。下次还会入住。

济南世茂的公寓已经住过好几家了，这家应该算是比较不错的，设施齐全，卫生干净，房间大小舒适，尤其是沙发比较干净，房间内没有不该有的旧家具，都比较新，以后就住这家了

住起来很舒适，但是，里面很多设施无法使用，按摩椅不能用，所有水龙头流出来的水都是热水，差点把我给烫了！位置是真心不错，就在泉城广场旁边，还有宽厚里，吃饭游玩都不愁！！！房价也很亲民，可以接受！！！！下次去了继续住那里！！！！
