定的时候看中的是性价比和之前的评价，但实际居住却还是有差距的，热水不是很热，浴室的地漏不通畅导致有水漫出来，特别是住的其中一间房第二晚居然热水器坏了，不能洗澡，虽然后来通过协商稍微退了点钱，但总体还是不太满意的。不过离宽厚里很近，吃饭很方便。但停车需要另外出钱，我们停了48个小时不到点，出了100多一点。

设施齐全，位置也不错，服务还可以，就是沙发上的污渍还是比较明显的，热水时冷时热不太稳定，其他的还可以，投影只能投到衣柜上，如果能调一下投到墙上就更好了

网上找了好多家，终于确定这家。距离趵突泉,大明湖，千佛山景区近，酒店街对面就是宽厚里，附近就是解放阁，环城景区，有白石泉，黑虎泉等，从黑虎泉码头可以坐船环游。酒店坐落在世茂广场商圈，饮食购物便利。酒店性价比高，房间宽敞，服务热情。最最开心的事，酒店还免费升级了房间。必须好评。
