19楼打扫的王盼盼小姐姐人超级好，服务很贴心，我们有位同事感冒了，她看见了我们买的药，会给我们多送水，还写了纸条给我们，表示关心。

这个酒店应该是济南4星酒店里的NO.1了，很多年的老牌酒店了，前台服务热情，办理入住时小边同志（酒店老员工了吧？）正在教一个美女操作入住，稍慢些，作为一个客人我听着居然觉得很专业，为了不让我们等的焦急还送了我们水喝，赞，另一个包入住的美女也不错，全程微笑，还觉得自己办理慢了，向我们抱歉，

去酒店的时候已经很晚了，前台只有一个叫小边的小伙子一直在忙碌，服务很热情，知道我们是结婚纪念日时还给我们升级了行政套房，虽说我订的本身也是商务套，但还是很高兴。下次有机会还会再来的
