算是市中心老牌酒店，翻新过，设施是陈旧了些，服务卫生还不错，浴巾毛巾都是消毒包装封好，感觉不错，早餐比较出彩，当地特色点心水饺品种丰富，唯一不足的是咖啡机，两台都不行，一台甜死人，一台不打奶泡，西式点心不行，这次遇到人代会要求8点前退房给升级了一个套房，总体满意吧，实事求是。

酒店地理位置得天独厚，出门就是购物广场、就餐方便，离大明湖、趵突泉两站距离，济南公交车微信小程序刷玛就可以。前台态服务贴心周到，免费给升级了套房，心打扫，送过来水果和小吃。总台徐新超、张胜敏临走还给我们赠送了小礼盒。能够感受到酒店是在精心打造服务，早饭也很丰盛可口

一进酒店，就发现灯光很暗，看书写字很困难，店内设施陈旧，电视机频道没几个，且十分模糊，换了一个房间，电视也看不了，令人不爽。👎👎👎但是酒店位置不错，靠近护城河，旁边有世茂广场，离芙蓉街、宽厚里很近，吃饭较方便。🌷🌷🌷
