此次入住非常满意，酒店设施很好，房间很大整洁干净，无论是前台还是客房服务人员，都非常热情，服务周到，我们是15日在高新奥体击剑比赛，酒店想的很周全，早餐可以给来不及的客人，准备餐盒，可以给带一些糕点和水果，最温馨的是酒店里有免费的瓶装水，在楼道里还准备了瓶水，如果客人不够，都可以免费拿的，更让我们感到入住的亲切感，当我们回到酒店，有免费的果盘送到房间，还有免费的绿豆汤送上来，虽然外边很热，感受到了酒店很用心，非常好，有家的温暖，更好的温馨，是我退房后，准备离开酒店时，前台还给我免费带了两杯绿豆汤路上喝，这种服务是我非常推荐入住的原因，虽然只有四星，我可以说，服务超过五星酒店，推荐入住，推荐入住，推荐入住。

环境不错，房间够大，入住时有欢迎果盘和小纪念品??，前台服务人员很热情，服务很到位。不足就是早餐时间开的有点晚，七点才开餐；房间写字台的台灯容易导致房间跳闸。

酒店位置明显，公交站很近，换乘一次可抵趵突泉，大明湖。入住时大堂服务热情，还备有热茶，倍感亲切。房间宽大，卫生间布局合理，干净。每日还送水果，天气提醒。早餐丰富可口。路过亲子间看了一眼，相当不错。总之性价比极高，看来管理人和服务者都是在用心做酒店，赞！
