客房服务员服务很差，早上7点客人退房，当时购买了一些饮料，让客房服务员帮忙送到前台，其表示没有时间，让客人上去自己取，客人上去后发现客房服务员站在那里等客人，询问原因，其理由很多，建议酒店加强客房服务员培训，提高酒店服务水平。
